Carol Bradley Bursack, Jun 13, 2010
Over the span of two decades author, columnist and speaker Carol Bradley Bursack cared for a neighbor and six elderly family members. Because of this experience, Bradley Bursack created a portable support group, the book “Minding Our Elders: Caregivers Share Their Personal Stories.” Her sites, www.mindingourelders.com and www.mindingoureldersblogs
Please ask for help from a friend or family member. Many things can cause fading memory - from depression to medications. And if dementia is setting in, there are new drugs that can slow the process significantly.
You need support. Please reach out. You could call your local Alzheimer's Association - even though it's very possible you don't have dementia but are depressed. Please try.Carol
