Give a Hug
Jul 20, 2010
Where are you located? I'm in Cali. Here there is a service called ACCESS. You apply for your dad and the cost is only $2.25 no matter how many travel with him. You get a membership card in the mail and all you do is call to make a pick-up and drop-off appointment.
Hope this helps. Call your local Department of Aging. They may have referalls too.

Many of our Senior Centers have volunteers who will drive to Dr. Appts. etc. Your situation would qualify.
Cjac, Hope you find someone soon!
