I have 92 year mother living with me and I have a caregiver come in for four and half hours a day because I work and I can't quit working. Am running out of annual leave and sick leave. How do I request for more hours for caregiver to come in?

If your care-giver comes from an agency, ask them if you can increase her hours. Care-givers don't mind really, they want hours. And especially if your mom likes her she will be glad to have her there more.
