You and your husband are moving to Kuwait and you've designated your mother-in-law as Power of Attorney. Is that accurate? Is she moving to Kuwait too? If not, then you might want to find someone who lives closer to you. For example, if you and your husband are in an accident and the hospital needs a POA to act on behalf of you. How helpful is your MIL going to be if she's thousands of miles away?
