My has guardianship, keeps all of my money and wants to take me to court. What do I do?

I am still under a guardianship and I want to abolish it immediately. My son tells me he will take me to court and I don't want that because he is my guardian and keeps all the money I get from R.R. Retirement and put it in my estate.
