What will in-home care cost us as we are both disabled to a point. It is getting much worse and I really don't know where to turn.

If you don't have long term care insurance, you can hire home caregivers. The average cost is about $22/hour with a 4 hour minimum. However, if you have a home with a spare room, sometimes you can work out a much cheaper rate by providing free housing. There are lots of caregiver agencies out there, make sure they do a background check.
