Friend is beginning stages of Dementia, Diabetic and has trouble taking his medications as well as maintaining his daily needs. Cares for self regarding dressing and bathing. Mobile to a point. CHF and other cardio. problems causes severe shortness of breath upon exertion such as walking. Onset dementia not able to care for self. Will not do anything he does not want to do including eating properly and taking meds.
Limited income of Soc. Sec. and no other assets. Caregiver moving to DE. Is there anyplace for him to go in Lehigh Valley area?
