My 79 yr old mother recovering from spinal surgery. Full active life , independant before surgery. Now needs 24hr care & rehab. Who can help She progressed much at TIRR but after that, the skilled nursing /rehab place did not seem to do much as far as rehab is concerned. They are releasing her in a few days but with three days of 15 minute session for 3 weeks of therapy. How do I get help for her so she can get more rehab? I also need help with the 24 hour care. She has Texas Health Springs instead of Medicare.
