I would get the phone book out and see which ones are in your area and call them the cost varies very much some are $90 a day some $70 and some senior centers have low cost day care you could first call them and the ones you like you could visit and some provide transportation.

Adult day care is a wonderful place for your Mom to socialize-I would check with your local chapter on aging on the types of adult day care would best fit the needs of both you and your Mom. Once this has been established, you may want to attend the first few session with her-to become accumlated-then wean your visits. You may be very suprised how she my flurish with being social once again.Hap
