my mother will have used all her savings in another year. Is there any aid for her so she can remain where she is. She is in poor health and

When she gets to about six months, I'd suggest talking to social services about getting her on Medicaid. It will depend on where she lives now as to whether they will keep her there, but you'll have little choice by then. They will tell you how she can finish "spending down" to qualify for Medicaid.
