Sounds like it is time to make an appointment with your primary physician. None of us here are doctors.... the only thing I could suggest is having your pharmacy change manufacturers for your Effexor as different manufacturers use different fillers in their pills, you could be highly sensitive to one of the fillers.
I have issues with pill fillers, binders and coatings, thus a lot of trial and error finding THE manufacturer that uses products in their pills that you can tolerate :(
