Why do I drag the unoperated leg 10 months after hip replacement?

it could be totally unrelated, or the same thing happening on the opposite side, maybe worse since you had to overuse that side while recovering from the operation - have you had a visit to have it looked at? an x-ray?

Definitely go back and see that guy. Sounds like a pinched nerve.
