Do you pay your daughter? Does she have a separate job? A lot more information is needed. If she is living with you and not working, so that you provide at least half of her support, you can claim her as a dependent. If you are paying her, you can do the correct paperwork (Form 1099 most likely) and claim the expense when you do your taxes. (She in turn would have to claim the payment on her taxes.) I doubt that you will get money, except maybe a larger refund if one is due.
