My elderly father gave $42,000 away to women last year. He won't admit there is a problem, and isn't paying his bills on time. How can I get him to give me POA?

I have a father who lives by himself, is in his eighties, and has given over $42,000 away to vulnerable women last year. He won't admit he has issues, he is lying, he's now not paying his bills on time, and the house he is living in is in my name. How can I get him to surrender and sign power of attorney?
Sincerly,
Dennis Chauncey

Dennis,
You could put all of the bills in your name and draw money out of his account each month to pay them.
