dmapman,This might not seem the most ethical way, but I've gotten sneaky about things. When my mom isn't around, I call her doctor if I have a concern or need to report something. Her doctors office either sets up an appt with me or calls mom back and the story is always "the doctor wants to see how you're doing, let's make an appt". Our parents tend to think we know nothing at all or don't care. We see more than they think and even though we do not know exactly what they're going through, we know what's normal behavior and what's not. Sometimes it's best to slither our way into things. Hoped it helped a little. Best Wishes
