I would look up the ones near you and make appointments to go and see them-it is best to use ones near where you live so you are able to go in often to make sure all is right -after you visit some you will know what to look for there are a big difference one I heard about they checked once in 24 hrs. to see if the person was still living-that was the extent of it. There now are places that have 3 levels is the same complex indepent living assisted living and a nursing home if there areany of those check them out.
