Patients and caregivers can tell at a glance - the instructions on how the medication is suppose to be taken; the time a medication is to be taken, what the pill looks like and the dose to be taken. They can also tell if the medication has been taken with our double marker system.
The double marker system has an alcohol erase marker for recording all the pertinent information – the medication name, appearance, instructions, time and how much the dose is. The second marker is a red damp erase (water on a wet cloth). This red marker is used to mark that the medication has been taken.
The kit also comes with 2 detachable pill boxes marked morning and evening. This allows patients to take their medications with them when they leave home. These pill boxes are contoured for easy removal of pills.
