When seniors are confined to either bed rest or wheelchairs, it can be difficult to get close to tables. By using the pivot over-bed and wheelchair table, elders can have the table come to them. The central leg of the table can be locked in three different positions: sitting straight up, folded down for storage and mid-range. The tabletop tilts so that it provides a flat surface no matter the angle of the central leg.
The pivot table comes with four 2" casters, two of which lock for table stability. The table has a plastic surface for easy cleaning. Also, in order to adjust to each elderly individual, the tabletop height ranges from 28" to 37". The surface of the tabletop is 23 ½" x 15 ¾".
