I used the opener for a couple weeks or so with excellent results.However on my next attempt, one of the plastic shafts broke off, rendering the device useless.
My e-mails to the company have not been answered. Note that the device doesn't have a warrenty.
My impression: fills a need, lots of promotion, but the company does not stand behind it's product.
