Knife-Fork

A very handy and comfortable knife for the person with arthritic wrists, or those suffering from Parkinson's disease. With upright handle knives, the arm remains in a comfortable position and wrist stays straight. In this position, control of the blade remains secure, making it easy to cut with precision.

This knife has a solid handle so that it is completely watertight and dishwasher safe. The stainless steel blade is 4 1/2" long with small serrations useful for most kitchen tasks. The two prong fork-like tip is useful for lifting food.
