...Read MoreJust need support on how to deal emotionally with all the feelings and frustrations that arise dealing with a parent with Alzheimers, early stages, who refuses help. I am exhausted and overwhelmed and know I need to change my attitudes and behaviors so that I remain healthy enough to care for my dad. I have been losing weight, getting sick more often, crying easily and although I have a social worker and a therapist, the feelings are often almost too much to bear...the anger, guilt, powerlessness. Anyone identify?
