...Read MoreI recently went for an eye exam, and was diagnosed with Glacoma. At this time I do not have diabetes, however, my father had diabetes. What can I do as far as eating, exercise (to which I am limited due to my having Charcot-Marie-Tooth). I'm writing because, I want to know what I can do to attempt to, or to prevent diabetes. Can you help me??
