Do you have any way to laugh? I know that sounds trite, but it really works. There are old people alive today because the caregiver was able to laugh.
Can you and your kids get away and stick your husband with some day to day so he gets it?
Call the state and tell them to come and get them!!!
Call 911 on yourself, at least you can get out of the house for a few days until they figure out your didn't do anything.
