I am 57 yrs old and I am the "primary" caregiver of my parents since I live behind them. I take them to the Drs., hospital, fill their meds a week at the time. I go to church but that's about all the time I have to do because I also buy groceries and anything else they need so, sometimes I feel like I don't even have much of a life to freely come and go as I feel like I need to.
I am caring for my father, Hilton, who is 82 years old, living at home and the primary ailment is alzheimer's / dementia.
I am caring for my mother, Mildred, who is 79 years old, living at home and the primary ailment is heart condition / stroke.
