Anyway, you've come to the right place! No judgment here, just support. What we need! We are all in the same boat, to differing degrees. I am an only child with health problems of my own, and for me it is a Godsend that my Dad (who has dementia) is living in a senior community. Mom died a year and a half ago. I helped both of my parents move out of their home into the senior community a few years ago ( BIG JOB) and then recently moved my Dad again to another senior community closer by. ( BIGGER JOB, nearly did me in!). So recently I found this site---wish I'd found it sooner. Best to you, Jewel!
