My husband is in the last stages of Alz. I've heard they can get very nasty or be very sweet. I am lucky because he's always been a funny person & Alzheimer's has not taken that away from him. He remembers to say thank you when we do something for him. He can't carry on a conversation, but he is still funny. The other day I gave him a wink and he acted like a shy boy, dropped his head and giggled.
