Give a Hug

Have you seen your doctor? Are you speaking to a councilor? Are you doing anything to help yourself? What is making you depressed? Are you exercising, eating right, drinking water? Depression has so many factors to it and only a physician can really diagnose you to get you back in “balance” as I like to call it, but you can try to do some things in the mean time yourself. Get plenty of rest, eat proper diet, drink water, exercise and locate a talk councilor. You have to help yourself; medicine alone is not going to do the trick in my opinion.
Please contact someone if you feel like you are getting close to the edge, there is help, seek it!!! We are all here to help you as well!!
Blessings
Bridget
