Have you seen your doctor? Are you speaking to a councilor? Are you doing anything to help yourself? What is making you depressed? Are you exercising, eating right, drinking water? Depression has so many factors to it and only a physician can really diagnose you to get you back in “balance” as I like to call it, but you can try to do some things in the mean time yourself. Get plenty of rest, eat proper diet, drink water, exercise and locate a talk councilor. You have to help yourself; medicine alone is not going to do the trick in my opinion.Please contact someone if you feel like you are getting close to the edge, there is help, seek it!!!
