Give a Hug
Is there grants or funds that can be awarded for her care, whether in her home or at a facility? My mother owns her home and the family does not want to be forced to give up the family home and property for her care. We have heard so many testimonies of friends and family that experienced everything taken for the care of the parent. As Christians we are asking God for direction in making the right decisions that are best for her. My father deceased in 1969 and the home has been in the family for decades. Please advise.

It depends on your Mom's circumstances. An ethical elder attorney is your family's best bet to sort through the issues.
