We have been taking care of my mother since last October.

Between my sisters and brother, my mother has had 24-7 care. Some of us have lost hours due to this. Is there something out there that would pay for this.

Give a Hug

wendell: unfortunately, Medicare provides very little in the way of in-home care unless there has been a recent hospital stay. I would suggest contacting private caregiver services...make sure they are licensed and bonded and hire their staff locally. In my area it costs $19./hr. but gives me a few hours of respite and peace of mind. good luck.
