Give a Hug
My sister who has guardianship wants to another state and leave me and mom here until house sells which could take a long time. I am mom's feduciary financial matters. Does she have to apply all over again for Medicaid? What about her VA pension? Also what happenes to the guardianship and the feduciary agreement, ddoes that have to be done all over again. Would hate to have to go to court again, it was a terrible thing to go through and mom still mad about it over a year later.
