I have no ramps, no bathing facilities on the floor that she is on. Have a chair lift for upstairs but she wont get in the tub or let me bathe her!

If you are financially strapped... I have heard of the ELKS, MOOSE LODGE, DAV & other organizations building ramps for folks as a charity. What a blessing these organizations are & may benifit you in your situation.Check out numerous charities and volunteer orgs.Social services may point you in the right direction.
